First of all,this paper introduces the basic theory of project group management,and analyzes the limitations of single project management through the comparison of single project management and project group management.This paper introduces the related theory of project group management and introduces the concept of project group management based on enterprise investment,with emphasis on the principle,characteristics and advantages of enterprise project group management.Secondly,several key elements of enterprise project group management are explained respectively,and the key elements of goal and decision-making,integration,risk,manpower and resource optimization and balance are analyzed.This paper explains in detail how to use the critical chain method in the theory of constrained resources under the condition of limited project resources,and introduces how to determine the project priority in multi-project decision-making by TOPSIS method.The fourth chapter expounds the enterprise project group management method from the enterprise level and the project level,constructs the enterprise project group management model,introduces the principle of how to judge the management maturity of TOPSIS method,and summarizes the enterprise project group management system.Then,combined with the actual engineering case,the P6 management software is used to analyze and study the city company of B enterprise,and the organizational structure is decomposed by EPS,OBS and WBS.It also expounds several important scheme decision-making processes in the process of project group construction,including the priority of multiple projects by using TOPSIS method,the comparison of cost and premium benefit after the construction of supporting facilities,and the comparison of cost and premium benefit after the construction of supporting facilities.SWOT analysis and earned value analysis of enterprise new system construction.According to the results of TOPSIS calculation,the maturity level of the project group is judged.In the new system of enterprise pilot,the critical chain method of constraint resource theory is applied to the resource optimization and balance of three projects,and the construction period is compressed on the premise of keeping the resources unchanged.It provides some theoretical support for the reform of the new system of the enterprise.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of B enterprise project group management,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the defects.Finally,the conclusion is drawn and the prospect is carried out.. |
