Research On Interior Space Design Of Low-density Residence In Beijing Suburb

Housing is the bearer of home,home is the link between the individual and society.The interior space reconstruction design of the house can not only serve the owners better,but also promote the establishment of good relations between the family members and the harmonious development between the family and the society.With the rapid development of real estate industry in recent years and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the low density residential products in the suburbs of the city have appeared a booming atmosphere.The original space function of a large number of early low-density residential can not meet the needs of user,the original space design lags behind the user's continuous improvement of appreciation level,so the trend of renovation is inevitable.At the same time,the demand for interior space design of low density residential buildings is very strong.Designers are required to adhere to the principle of people-oriented design and consider the impact of climate,geographical environment,social and cultural environment,human environment,economic conditions,personal factors and so on,which are new problems that modern designers need to study and think about.This paper mainly discusses in five parts:The first part: based on the characteristics and existence mode of the low density residential space in the suburbs of Beijing,this paper expounds the theoretical basis involved in the research of low density residential,and provides the basis for the research.The second part: discuss the spatial design factors that affect the low density residential buildings in the suburbs of Beijing systemically,the factors include geographical and natural environments,social,human environment and personal and family environment.The third part: based on the family living habits and ways of living,as well as theanalysis of housing interior space transformation,discuss the research of interior space of the low density house in the suburb of Beijing and the reconstruction method.The fourth part: show and analyze the case of low density housing suitable for the suburbs of Beijing,and get inspiration from it,so as to analyze and design the targeted,characteristic low density housing space.The fifth part: take the concept of intelligence,environmental protection and green energy saving into the design of indoor low density space.,mainly discuss several common aspects,which include the water treatment,ground heating,air conditioning and smart home.
