Research On Optimization Of Project Management Process Of Company A

Manufacturing industry is the main body of national economy.After decades of rapid development,China's manufacturing industry has made remarkable achievements.China's status as a major manufacturing country in the world has been recognized by the world,but compared with the western developed countries,China's manufacturing level still has a certain gap.As a high-level representative of the manufacturing industry,automobile manufacturing has made great progress and development in China,but since May 2018,automobile sales have ended the continuous growth of 28 years.Facing the cruel automobile market,the automobile related industry obtains the competitive advantage through continuous optimization and innovation in product and service quality,so as to survive in the market.As an enterprise engaged in providing quality services to the automobile industry,company a was founded in 2003.After more than ten years of rapid development,it has established cooperative relations with many international well-known enterprises.However,in the face of severe industry conditions,the current project management process of company a has been unable to meet the needs of customers.This paper takes company a as the research object,firstly combing and analyzing the current project management process with the combination of project management theory,using literature research method and expert interview method,and finds out the problems in the process:(1)unreasonable arrangement of project operators;(2)uneven ability level of project personnel;(3)inadequate pre project planning;(4)project implementation monitoring Inadequate;(5)the internal and external communication of the project is disordered;(6)the project quality management is not standardized.Then combined with the theory of project management,these problems are summed up as project quality management problems,project human resource management problems,project risk management problems,project communication management problems,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze these factors.Finally,according to different problems,the optimization plan and the guarantee measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the new process areformulated.Through the optimization of the process,improve the internal operation efficiency of the company,improve the project management level of the company,and improve the working ability and enthusiasm of employees.Improve the competitiveness of the company in the market,lay the foundation for the company's continuous development,and also broaden the application scope of project management theory,providing reference for the optimization of project management process in the same industry.
