Prefabricated construction was a product of integration between traditional construction industry and advanced manufacturing industry.It has widely popularized by the push of government with its advantages like high efficiency,high quality,short construction time,energy saving.Fabricated buildings will make a great contribution for the reform of construction.The engineering projects of fabricated buildings will expanding significantly in such case.The management mode at the present stage has defects in the applicability of the assembly construction project for now.The fabricated building has great differences from traditional construction in organization and management at the stage of land supply,project approval,bidding,design management,site operation and completion acceptance.The correspondingly management process also has to be changed to fit in the advanced project.This paper is aimed at set up a new management system that adapting to the assembly buildings.The manage process of assembly building was taken as the research object.The engineering project was divided into three stage.Early stage was from project take and establishment to the moment of planning approval.Mid term was from design to finishing bidding.Post project was from component production,site operation and completion acceptance.Analyzing the problems and defects of the various stages of the assembly building project under the traditional management methods combine with the prefabricated construction project own characteristics.The corresponding basic principles and methods of process optimization has constructed based on the theory and methodology of BPR.The preliminary work management process suitable for assembly building according to the complex problems which has been excavated.The paper using ISM(interpretive structure model)to further analysis of the key elements of the management in three stages based on the preliminary management process above reconstructed.and extract the optimized hierarchical digraph by structuring the abstract matrix to analyze the key management elements.At last it find out management process after the optimization of each stage combined with the practical significance,and a complete assembly architecture management process system was constructed as result.The results show that the ISM method in this paper is feasible and effective to optimize the process.This management process system of prefabricated construction will reach the operation implementation and management requirements for each participant.The research findings have some practical significance,which can provide reference and proposal for establishing the new management system of assembly architecture.
