Research On The Design Of Care Space For Mentally Retarded Elderly Under The Mode Of Institutional Pension

Due to the change of population structure,the traditional home-based care model has gradually weakened its nursing function.It is difficult for children to load long-term,high-frequency and professional demented elderly care needs,which not only reduces the quality of life of patients,but also increases the burden on families.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to establish a professional care organization to alleviate the society's need for the elderly for dementia.Since the reform and opening up,China has continuously improved the level of old-age service construction,but the overall level of the demented elderly care service system is still far from the developed countries.The relevant theories in the field of institutional care space design for the demented elderly are not very mature,and further research is needed.In summary,the problem of elderly care for the demented elderly is very serious.In this paper,the author first analyzes the current situation of international aging and the trend of institutional pension development,and thus focuses on the necessity of China's environment design research for dementia due to the huge aging population base.Secondly,through on-the-spot investigation and collection of relevant materials,the author conducts in-depth observation of the demented elderly and interviews their family members and institutional caregivers to summarize the basic psychological,physiological and behavioral characteristics of the dementia and discuss the patient's practical care for daily use.demand.Through the comparative analysis of relevant cases at home and abroad,it points out that there are common problems in the old-age care space of the demented elderly institutions in China.At the same time,it has studied and explored the experience and development model of institutional care services for the demented groups in the United States,Japan and other countries.It analyzes its perfect institutional planning,effective spatial form and humanized design details,and provides a realistic basis for the design of China's old-age care institutions.Finally,from the perspective of the user,explore the design strategy of the living environment of the demented elderly.Finely optimized the sensory environment such as sight,hearing,smell and touch.Discuss the specific design points of private space and public space in the organization,create a better quality care space under limited space and economic conditions,and enable the elderly to achieve an optimal use experience.
