Building Information Modelling(BIM)application has been equipped with mature operating model as well as the relatively completed system,meanwhile,the relevant sectors of BIM have also shown the mature concept and system.Based on various data in the project,the BIM adopts simulation technology to construct modelling,which could be able to improve the working efficiency in engineering project.Moreover,BIM could make contributions to the quality of engineering,shortening the project cycle,and cut down the cost.The BIM related software originally derived from oversea,where BIM has the advantages in making information authentically as well as visualization of construction model.In recent years,The concepts of software compatibility and data standardization have been continuously matched and developed,which have not only opened up the corresponding development path of BIM,but extended the corresponding development objectives.With the rapid growth of building information model system,the pace of technological revolution in traditional construction industry has been accelerated.In present,the application of BIM technology is almost ubiquitous in the design stage of construction project as well as the simulation construction stage of pre-construction.The project management platform and software products,which were derived from the expanded application of BIM model,has shown prosperity situation.However,nowadays,none of them has been specifically implemented into the specific work of archive management.Therefore,the reception & storage,and the late-stage application of BIM model as well as the related information data are facing new challenges.Based on the receiving,storage and application of three-dimensional urban construction archives mode in BIM technology,this paper has engaged the research and taken it into practice.In accordance with “archive model standardization,digital information integration,file service wisdom",this paper illustrates the research direction and goals of model,meanwhile,this paper showed the application way under those objectives.This paper starts from the current situation,and finds that the main problems focus on the logical and periodic problems of management after the induction and collation of data.Then we analyze the causes of these two problems and give solutions.the specific work of late-stage BIM application archives management determines the 6 aspects of technology research direction,including implementation of BIM model framework technology,design and constructing of BIM archived data frame structure,implementation of BIM archived data internal associated technology,achieving the engineering structured technology,and achieving the electronic document transferring.All working process is on BIM visualization files with innovative technology research.In view of the archive business demand,this article has developed the functional extension in BIM lighten technology to make the model suitable for filing management as well as utilization in different business scenario.Further,according to the range of archived data,the model has constructed the system of related BIM filing data.All the archived data were established in accordance with the whole process of project construction and archive business.Moreover,this paper implemented the utilization of thearchive as well as the research on decision making on the BIM project archive.the research focuses on the clicking of corresponding unit project,floor,component set and component in the BIM model,and displays all relevant engineering archived data in a classified form.Those archived data includes the browsing of traditional engineering archives in electronic version,the completed structured data of key engineering archives.The research and development could be completed on innovation platform in this way.
