The curtain wall is a common envelope structure in the building structure.It does not bear the load of the main structure.The curtain wall is divided into many types.Glass curtain walls,stone cladding,metal curtain walls,etc.are all used in building structures.Stone is a natural material,and the stone cladding has a solemn and majestic temperament,and is widely used in building structures.There are many types of connection methods for stone cladding,such as undercut anchorage,kerf anchorage,through-groove,and steel pin type.Among them,the two connection methods of kerf anchorage and undercut anchorage have better connection performance and convenient construction.Therefore,it is widely used in engineering.China has become the largest producer and user of stone cladding At the same time,the height of stone cladding projects is getting higher and higher.In recent years,accidents caused by the destruction of the connection points of stone cladding are common.The design specifications of the national standard remain at the specifications published in 2001.The theory has seriously lags behind practice,so it is necessary to study the connection strength of the stone cladding nodes.The thesis mainly studies the connection strength of kerf anchorage and undercut anchorage stone cladding panels.(1)The connection strength of the kerf anchorage stone cladding is mainly studied from several factors such as the kerf depth,the distance from the kerf edge to the edge of the panel,the insertion depth of the connector and the type of stone.Finite element simulation was carried out,and the calculation formula of kerf anchorage connection strength was revised.(2)The connection strength of the undercut anchorage stone cladding mainly studied the influence of the anchor anchoring depth,the distance from the hole center to the edge of the panel,the anchor diameter,the type of stone,and the type of anchor.Through the numerical simulation method,the connection performance of the undercut anchorage stone cladding is analyzed by finite element method,and the calculation formula of the undercut anchorage connection strength be revised.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The factors affecting the connection strength of the kerf anchorage stone cladding panel mainly include the distance of the kerf from the edge of the panel,the insertion depth of the connector,and the depth of the kerf.When the kerf is 70 mm,80mm,90 mm distance from the edge of the panel,the connection strength increases as the distance of the kerf from the edge of the panel increases;when the insertion depth of the connector is 10 mm,12mm,15 mm,the connection strength gradually increases;the connection strength will decrease as the depth of the kerf increases.(2)The factors that affect the connection strength of the undercut anchorage stone cladding mainly include the distance from the center of the hole to the edge of the panel,the anchoring depth,the diameter of the anchor,and the type of stone.The distance from the center of the hole to the edge of the panel increased from 40 mm to 60 mm.The connection strength was slightly increased.From 60 mm to 70 mm,the connection strength was slightly reduced.The increase and decrease were 13.05% and 11.3%,respectively.The depthincreases from 12 mm to 15 mm,the average connection strength is increased by 35%.When the anchor diameter is 8mm,the anchor depth of the anchor is increased from 15 mm to 21 mm,the average connection strength is increased by 72%.Under the same working conditions,the stone is golden granite,the connection strength of the anchor diameter of 8mm is slightly higher than that of the anchor diameter of 6mm,and the degree of improvement is within 5%;when the stone type is white granite,the connection strength of the 6mm anchor is improved compared with the 8mm anchor,the degree of improvement is Within 16%.
