| The rapid development of the sharing economy has formed a combination of "sharing" and "living" exploration and practice in the field of residence. Therefore,it has received extensive attention. At the same time, with the advent of the rental era,the long-term rental apartment industry has experienced rapid development in recent years. Its personalized design and community interaction with a living atmosphere have greatly met the living needs of young renters.Favored.However,its storm-like growth and the absence of relevant normative guidance and design theory references have resulted in uneven spatial quality, which has greatly affected the rental experience of young people.Based on this, the author intends to thoroughly analyze and summarize the development and spatial characteristics of long-term rental apartments through a combination of relevant theoretical research and field research.Taking Chengdu as an example, the corresponding design strategy is proposed from the perspective of spatial functional elements, and applied to the actual scheme design to verify, trying to seek the theoretical method of shared living combined with long-term apartment,in order to provide valuable suggestions for actual construction. The specific research of this article is divided into six chapters: The first chapter determines the research background, research object, research scope, research significance, research method and research framework of this article,so as to complete the preliminary thinking of the research content of the article. The second chapter combines the current development process and development trend characteristics of long-term rental apartments, and introduces the relevant theories of the shared living model to make a detailed summary of the long-term apartment space components, related characteristics and influencing factors under this model. And thus provide ideas for the investigation in Chapter Three.Chapter 3 first sorts out the degree of demand for shared space and living space through a questionnaire survey on the behavioral habits and living needs of young people;secondly,it conducts a field survey of long-term rental apartments in Chengdu and summarizes the emerging problems: shared public space level sharing Insufficient sexuality and intensification of the living space level within the suite is low,and combined with excellent cases for analysis and reference from the two levels of sharing and intensiveness.Based on the analysis of the problems in Chapter 3,Chapter 4 proposes space design strategies from two aspects: shared design of shared public space and intensive design of living space in the suite.Through the analysis of differences, the research value of this article is highlighted.Chapter 5 applies the above research results to the design of a plot in Wuhou District,Chengdu, and conducts an empirical analysis.Chapter 6 summarizes the main research conclusions, innovations, shortcomings of the article and the prospects for future research on the basis of the full text. |
