Study On The Performance And Construction Of Contemporary "Brick Architecture"

As an ancient building material,and brick buildings have made countless brilliant achievements in history.At the same time,bricks are also a sustainable building material for the development of today's buildings.Brick building has gained new development in the contemporary era.It not only inherits and continues its classic styling characteristics,but also emerges and develops many new forms of expression.Bricks in the contemporary architecture show two sides: on the one hand,the sense of weight under the historical and cultural dimensions;on the other hand,the sense of the times under the new technology dimension.This article explores the reasons behind the evolution of contemporary trends in brick architecture.It includes objective reasons such as the development of the times,technological progress,architectural thoughts and ecological thoughts,as well as the self-aesthetic value,cultural value,ecological value and low-tech construction value of brick buildings.This paper takes the development of the current architectural culture in China as the background for the return of traditional materials,and the evolution of the structural role of bricks as a context,and studies the performance of brick buildings under different structural roles,and is devoted to the evolution of the structural role of brick buildings.The performance and construction of the medium reveals the development trend and form of brick building from the artistic aspect of form and the technical and logical aspects of construction.Finally,a further outlook on the future development of brick buildings in the contemporary context has been made.
