For a long time,a large number of clay bricks have been used as load-bearing or retaining materials in urban and rural buildings in China.Due to the large number of waste clay bricks that will be generated during house demolition,brick production,transportation and masonry,China will and will Produces a huge number of waste clay bricks.However,most of the abandoned clay bricks were transported to the wild or rural areas without any treatment,were piled up in the open air or disposed of in landfills,not only occupying a large amount of arable land,but also putting a lot of pressure on environmental management.It is not consistent with the sustainable development strategy.For a long time,a large number of clay bricks have been used as load-bearing or retaining materials in urban and rural buildings in China.Due to the large number of waste clay bricks that will be generated during house demolition,brick production,transportation and masonry,China currently A huge number of abandoned clay bricks will be produced in the future.However,most of the abandoned clay bricks were transported to the wild or rural areas without any treatment,were piled up in the open air or disposed of in landfills,not only occupying a large amount of arable land,but also putting a lot of pressure on environmental management.Not in line with sustainable development strategies.The purpose of this paper is to study the resource reuse of waste clay bricks,and to explore and form technologies such as making non-sintering bricks and masonry mortars using waste clay brick powder.The waste clay brick was crushed and sieved to prepare brick powder and its chemical composition was determined.As a main component material,non-fired standard size bricks,brick powder cement mixed slurry and brick powder cement slurry were trial-produced.The preparation technology and mechanical properties were studied separately,Influencing factors and the thermal insulation performance of mortar,the microscopic properties of brick powder cement paste.Use X-ray diffractometer to determine the chemical composition of brick powder,study the preparation process of brick powder non-fired bricks with brick powder as the main raw material,design orthogonal tests,explore the main factors affecting the strength of brick powder,and design brick powder Antifreeze test of non-fired bricks,to study the effect of the amount of brick powder on the antifreeze performance of recycled bricks.Brick powder,cement,lime,gypsum and curing agent were used to prepare the brick powder cement mixed slurry,and its mechanical properties were studied to explore the factors that stimulate the activity of the brick powder.Design different brick powder content and two curing conditions of standard curing and high temperature curing,and compare and analyze the resistance of brick powder content(0%,20%,40%)and curing temperature(20 ?,50 ?)to the cement paste The effect of compressive strength on the compressive strength and pore structure characteristics of cement paste with brick powder as a mineral admixture under different curing environment conditions and the effect of high temperature curing on the activation of brick powder.In addition,based on the mercury intrusion pore method,the cement paste structure(integral pore differential curve and pore gradation distribution)of the brick powder as the mineral admixture is analyzed and researched;the recycled brick fine aggregate with different particle size ranges The mortar was prepared,the thermal conductivity of the mortar was measured,and the influence of the recycled brick fine aggregate in different particle size ranges on the thermal insulation performance of the mortar was explored.
