The Quality Management And Control Measures Of New Laboratory Construction Project In A Company

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the various units of the scientific research, testing on the investment proportion gradually increased. It’s a direct impact on the acceptance of the quality of laboratory construction of quality control the new lab project construction, to ensure that the laboratory normal putting-in-service proactively. At present, the quality management is the form of quality management, which are open management mode, and the form is not formed in A company.It takes the capacity expansion revamping of laboratory refinery project of A company as an example. The application of quality management theory to analyze the existence of quality control in laboratory construction problems. Mainly in three aspects, first is the owner of the quality management of the existence of control, the secondly is the parties due to their own interests resulting in the quality of control, lastly is the open management. Then combining new laboratory project of A company, analyses the A company’s new laboratory project in construction stage of material does not meet design requirements, do not meet the requirements of the user, the construction quality problems and so on. The use of total quality management theory, research on the project design, feasibility, design planning, construction, completion of existing quality problems different stages of acceptance and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, aiming at the construction quality management improvement, finally puts forward measures of ensuring quality management improvement.This study can solve the urgent demand of improving laboratory construction project quality, and provide a reference for other similar laboratory construction project to enhance the quality of construction also.
