The Research On Facade Construction Organization&Quality Management Of The Harbin Shangri-La Hotel

With the high-speed development of economy,especially for the arising of high-rise buildings and its complex shape,the fa?ade,as the product of architectural technology,has not only played the role of the building envelope and also got higher requirements requested by the industry.Meantime,the safety accidents are increasing such as structure security due to fall down of glass and leakage.Therefore,strictly control should be carried out especially for the factors affecting the service life and the quality of the fa?ade work.This paper takes the project of Harbin Shangri-La Hotel as an example and carries out the research for the overall construction of the project quality including the key process and technical measures and by optimizing for spandrel fireproofing the fire performance achieved.Based on the research of the fabrication of IGU,the quality of products guaranteed.By applying the bow measurement and wave testing on heat-strengthened glass,it has achieved for the surface stress and deformation after its heating and rapid cooling process.Through the testing for the desiccant and spacer it effectively guaranteed the activation performance.By testing,the research carried out on the butyl selection and its bonding width that ensured the performance of water resistance.Meanwhile,the compatibility test carried out to ensure the efficacy and safety of the structure.Also argon has been filling for IGU,which made the insulation performance better.In addition,it was concluded that the heat soak test could improve the quality and reduce the incidence of spontaneous explosion for tempered glass.On the testing of fa?ade performance,the dynamic water tightness test in ASTM and AAMA applied to ensure the higher performance.The smooth operation and delivery of high quality of the project has been achieved after the research and the achievements could be adopted during the construction for other projects in the future.
