When the human society development has gradually to meet the survival needs,people began to pursue a higher level of spiritual values,the Template city life has brought real confusion.The traditional urban blocks in the process of urban renewal as a forgotten the Peach Garden,Although it can bring comfort to urban residents,Now facing the dilemma of development.Because of the lack of motive force,some of the traditional blocks is gradually replaced by modern blocks,Or because of the commercial reform lost “nature”.In this paper,the author studies the landscape reconstruction and tourism development of the traditional block in Guilin,To promote the healthy and sustainable development of traditional blocks.This paper takes the traditional block of Guilin as the research object,Based on the literature review and investigation,this paper analyzes the historical development and the present condition of the traditional block in Guilin,It is found that the historical development stages of the traditional blocks in Guilin can be divided into four stages: the embryonic period,the establishment stage,the mature stage and the modern one,The historical conditions that affect the development of the block are political,urban construction,social system and so on,Select the East West street peking,BaJiaoTang area,the ancient South Gate area as the cases,Through the investigation and analysis,it is found that the actual development conditions of the traditional street blocks of Guilin are facing serious difficulties,such as serious commercialization,lack of development power and so on.In order to maintain the authenticity of the landscape reconstruction and tourism development,Based on the theory of authenticity for guidance,Traditional street landscape reconstruction and tourism development in Guilin city should follow the requirements of landscape protection and development,Real life and the times,Cultural inheritance and innovation,Based on the cultural features of Ming culture,ethnic and religious culture,regional tourism culture.The Countermeasures are the material landscape authenticity,Resident behavior reality,Spiritual landscape authenticity.One of the main measures of the material landscape authenticity is to create different neighborhoods to survive and develop,to add the details of the traditional architecture and the display of traditional handicrafts;The Resident behavior reality are to maintain the professional structure of the block,the addition of the block of ethnic festivals and regional characteristics of the food varieties,The strategies of spiritual landscape authenticity are to promote the development of multi management model,to enhance the cultural identity of the region and to maintain the residents of the original way of life.
