As China’s residential real estate sales center is the development of the emergenceof a type of construction in recent years, the country built a large number of residentialsales center. But in the beginning of the construction, the majority of the sales center isdesigned as a temporary building, completed in its sales functions are duly removed,resulting in a tremendous waste of resources and environmental damage caused byconstruction waste. In recent years, the concept of sustainable development under theguidance of a consensus, the sales center of the sustainable use of the growing concerncaused by the architects, the sales center design composite design has become themainstream trend.This article is the sales center west Andi Jing Park Settlements complex spatialdesign for the study, theoretical research and design practice of combining researchmethods, from the sales center of pre-planning, site planning, design and othermonomers complex aspects of sexual function space design and research. Through itscomplex spatial design results in induction and summary discussion and study the salescenter complex spatial design techniques, aimed at sustainable use of the sales center toprovide some design examples and design methods.This residential sales center for the design of this complex spatial problems,combined with examples of projects, from Kings Park sales center composite whole ideaof space, site layout, outer space, plane, elevation, structural aspects of selection of sixcareful analysis and explanation. Through the combination of theory and practice ofresearch work on the sales center of Kings Park composite design design principles, design techniques to summarize and conclude. Finally arrive at conclusions of this study.
