Under the fierce market competition,more and more business operators realize the significance of the data accumulated by information systems.Enterprises use information technology to mine potential decision information from these data and help enterprises complete strategic formulation.The transformation of enterprises to Industry 4.0 has become the consensus of many manufacturing enterprises.This paper first researches theoretical status and application status of business intelligence and sales management.Then takes G Company as an analyze object,comprehensively researches the business status of sales management and the function status of sales management information systems of G company through interviews.From the business status of sales management and the function of sales management information system angles to analyze and summarize the problems and the requirements of G Company.Now G company's Sales business are running separately on SAP ERP,B2 B,E dian bao systems,and accumulated great mount of sales data.When people obtain data,analyze data,and mine out the decision information from the systems to make operational strategies,it costs a lot of time and labor.Meanwhile,the increasingly fierce market competition requires enterprises to adjust their operating status quickly,timely and accurately according to market changes,so that enterprises can gain development space and take advantage of the market.How to solve this contradiction has become an important issue in the construction of enterprise information.Using business intelligence technology to establish a data analysis platform,through data warehousing technology,On-Line Analytical Processing technology,data mining technology to help G enterprises to complete the data acquisition,analysis,and mining work,improve the accuracy of sales data processing,reduce the labor and time cost of sales data processing,make up for the limitations of existing sales information management systems,finally,improve sales management decision-making and execution capabilities,and optimize sales management.
