Automobile stamping process,one of the major processes in automobile industry,plays a crucial role in production workshops of stamping,welding,coating and final assembly.To help companies improve their stamping workshop information system,the construction of Business Intelligence(BI)system is required to achieve the goal of monitoring the use status of tooling,and improve product quality and productivity,so as to improve the level of automotive stamping process intelligent manufacturing.Firstly,embarking from the stamping production process characteristics,this article investigated the existing business data system SIMS of C company and analyzed the stamping production management requirements.The business intelligence analysis business model architecture was constructed,with the data of each module being sorted out and the system functional model being established by ETL and IDEF0 tools;Then,by using Multiple Linear Regression(MLR),Stepwise Regression and Partial Least-squares Regression(LSR)in part V-X01,a mapping model was established.In this case,by using Pearson correlation analysis and gray correlation analysis,significance analysis and correlation analysis were performed on the parameters,and four significance factors were finally determined.Finally,with the sensitivity analysis being carried out on the significant factor,the quantitative relation of key factors on production quality was further determined,and parameters of control strategy was acpuired.On the basis of the above analysis,based on SSM framework,J2 EE technology,Java language tools,B/S structure and SpringCloud technology,a WEB based Stamping Production Quality Business Intelligence Analysis Software was developed,the goal of low cost but high efficiency stamping production was realized,effectively improving the quality of stamping production stability and consistency.Finally,the application of the system is demonstrated and the feasibility of the system is verified.
