Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Home Improvement Sales Management System

With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,people have put forward higher requirements for the practicality and ornamental of home life and home improvement products.In recent years,various home improvement products are continuously pouring into people’s lives.Traditional home improvement companies face many challenges in the fierce industry competition.How to standardize the management process,increase product sales,and improve work efficiency has become an important focus of home improvement companies,so it is very necessary to design a complete home improvement sales management system..This subject is dedicated to providing an intelligent and efficient solutions for the sales management of home improvement companies.While realizing the conventional business requirements of the sales management system,it can also predict the sales volume in the next month based on the past sales data of the product,providing theoretical basis and technical support for the decision-making of home improvement companies’ sales decisions,thereby maximizing corporate profits.Based on the above,the main contributions of this paper are as follows:1)A home improvement sales management system based on PlayFramework is designed,which includes functional modules such as product sales management,inventory management,and model room management,simplifies the data management method,and improved work management efficiency.At present,the system has been officially launched.2)A product sales prediction algorithm(RF-LGBX)based on the LightGBM was constructed,and the algorithm proposed in this paper was tested on a public data set.Compared with the typical sales prediction algorithms Random Forest,XGBoost,LightGBM,the algorithm proposed in this paper has a certain improvement in prediction accuracy.3)Using the sales prediction algorithm(RF-LGBX)constructed in this paper,experiments were performed on actual sales data of a Beijing decoration company,which proved that the sales prediction algorithm(RF-LGBX)proposed in this paper can achieve better results in practical applications.In summary,this subject designed and implemented a home improvement sales management system.Based on the LightGBM algorithm,a sales forecasting algorithm(RF-LGBX)that is effective enough to improve the accuracy of sales forecasting was proposed,and it has achieved good results in the prediction of public data and actual data.
