With the rapid development of economy,the construction industry is also developing,but at the same time,the construction industry is facing other problems such as market competition and sustainable development.As an important part of construction engineering,mechanical and electrical installation engineering has higher requirements in terms of technology and complexity.However,in the traditional CAD two-dimensional design,the lack of coordination and communication among various systems will cause serious collision problems,which is easy to cause rework in the construction stage and increase the construction cost.The advent of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology has changed the traditional models and methods of the construction industry.In this paper,a hospital the second phase of the new mechanical and electrical installation project as the research object,first of all,according to the characteristics of the project itself made the BIM modeling standards implementation,identified the BIM model,modeling method,based on basic principles,software as well as the modeling process and so on,using Revit 2016 software shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of modeling accuracy structure and mechanical model.Secondly,in view of the deficiencies in the design of electromechanical system,BIM technology was applied to deepen the design of construction drawings.HIBIM plug-in was used to conduct collision and net height inspection on the established model,and the model was further designed according to the optimized principles and methods to meet the requirements of net height of different functional zones.Finally,the model after deepening the design is combined with the BIM construction application framework to the construction stage.BIM5 D is used to manage the quality,schedule,cost and other issues in the construction stage.Cost management mainly includes material management and cost analysis.In the process of construction,the actual cost is recorded and analyzed,and corresponding improvement is made according to the actual situation to improve the ability of construction cost control.Through the application of BIM technology in complex hospital electromechanical installation project,the construction period and cost are effectivelysaved,rework and material waste are reduced,construction sequence is reasonably arranged,and on-site management is convenient,providing reference for future projects.
