| With the development of information technology in the construction industry,BIM is widely used in the construction field,and the application has been used more extensive in the whole life cycle of the construction industry.BIM has become a new technology that cannot be ignored in the construction industry.Especially in the design of large-scale complex public construction projects,the integrated design of pipelines has always been the difficulty and focus of electromechanical equipment,such as numerous equipment pipelines,complicated layout and limited installation space.In order to achieve the purpose of rational arrangement of pipelines and improve design efficiency,breaking through the traditional two-dimensional design,introducing BIM Technology has become the most effective method.By using the 3D visualization,collision inspection,4D construction simulation and other technical means of BIM Technology,helps the engineers to find and solve the problems such as pipeline collision and net height deficiency found in time,which plays an important role in reducing the frequency of rework on site and effectively controlling the cost.In this paper,the application of BIM technology in electromechanical design and installation procedure of large-scale public buildings,combined with the relevant theories,carried out research and application.(1)In depth studies the application of BIM technology in the electromechanical installation procedure,focuses on the advantages of BIM technology in the pipeline integration deepening design stage,deeply discusses and analyzes of the application method and specific application process of BIM in the electromechanical pipeline installation deepening design stage.(2)Researches the self-built methods and techniques of the electromechanical equipment family library,created a family of electrical equipment such as distribution boxes,low-voltage drawers,transformers and identification families,enriches and improves the equipment family library,and solves the problems of lacking family library in the application of BIM in the design of electromechanical equipment,consequently lays the foundation for the application of BIM technology in the design and installation procedure of electromechanical equipment.(3)Through the electromechanical modeling of the basement of a project in Zhengzhou,analyzes the application of the BIM-based electromechanical installation procedure deepening design method in practical engineering.Under the guidance of the deepening design scheme,the pipeline integration is optimized and adjusted according to the conflict report obtained by the BIM-related software,and the plans,sections and partial three-dimensional figures are generated on the basis of the model,and the relevant software is used to guide the construction by animation simulation.Through the research and application of this paper,it effectively solves the problems of extensive rework,long cycle and grievous waste of material resources in the electromechanical design and installation procedure of large public buildings,it can also provide electromechanical design and installation references for other large buildings. |
