Research On The Landscape Planning And Design Of The Characteristic Town In Combination With The Regional Environment

With the advancement of urbanization,the material life of urban and rural residents in China has been greatly improved,and people’s spiritual and cultural demands have become more urgent.The convergence of urban features brought about by homogenization construction cannot satisfy people’s spiritual enjoyment and cultural memory.Therefore,tourism development of surrounding towns is gradually carried out to improve people’s enjoyment of leisure time spirit,culture and other recreational activities.Therefore,cultural tourism-based characteristic towns have been rapidly developed.The rapid and extensive development model coexists with problems,the homogenized landscape construction,the misplaced use of culture,the simple and crude landscape planning and design,and the words fail to convey the local regional environment and the core theme of the town.As a result,many cultural tourism towns cannot maintain their value for a long time.Paper,first of all,the study of the selected topic background,generalizes the research status,in view of the regional characteristic of town related theoretical study on natural factors and human factors,extracting features of town planning process is affected by natural elements of landscape change and the humanism ideological trend update iteration,emphasized the nature,the humanities,the society of multidimensional alternating effect.Then,combined with the case study of the characteristic town,the advantages and opportunities of the site are summarized from the sample case,and the advantages and design methods of the site are summarized,which provides a train of thought for the planning of Luonan Music Town.Paper by collating and research to combine the regional environment of the characteristics of small town landscape planning and design principles and methods to make the instructions,and its use in the small town of los south music design,at the same time through the south environment for specific research,also is,through the analysis of the two aspects of natural and human to space morphology analysis samples.From the spatial layout at the macro scale to the street space at the medium scale,and then to the residential units at the micro scale,the paper summarizes the development of characteristic towns and their natural suitability,cultural continuity and practical sample portraits.Finally,combining with the research on landscape planning and design of characteristic town in regional environment,from the theoretical dimension to the design dimension,this paper proposes the planning and design framework of Luonan Music Town,and carries out systematic strategies from the aspects of spatial layout and functional zoning,transportation planning and streamline organization,landscape planning and supporting facilities.It has formed a planning hierarchy pattern from the macro spatial layout to the middle street design and then to the micro residential units.In terms of landscape planning and design of characteristic towns,it is necessary to fully consider the site conditions,historical context,residents and tourists,so as to achieve the goal of “scene creation,popularity gathering and dynamic growth”of characteristic towns.
