Study On The Architecture Remains Of Yinxu Site At Anyang

The Yinxu site is located in the northwestern suburb of Anyang City,Henan Province,spans across Huanhe river and occupies the capital of the late shang dynasty.Over 90 years of archaeological work in the Yin Ruins found abundant material and cultural relics in the site,and the wide-ranging and numerous housing bases are one of the important discoveries.Only the housing construction in xiaotun palace area and other individual sites has been fully studied,other housing construction in the late shang dynasty found in the Yinxu site is lack of comprehensive research.Because of this,this thesis will conduct a comprehensive collection and type combing of the house specimens that have been found in the Yinxu area.On this basis,the author continues to discuss the distribution and staging of housing construction,construction technology and construction function,which further deepens the understanding of housing construction in Yinxu site.By introducing the typical housing specimens in the surrounding areas of Shang and Zhou Dynasties and conducting comparative studies,the positioning of Yin Ruins in the architectural history of Pre-Qin Dynasty can be obtained.This dissertation includes several parts below:The first part,the introduction.This part introduces some of the concepts involved in this thesis,reviews the excavation and research of the base site of the Yinxu site,and explains the significance and research methods of this thesis.The combing of the foundations of the houses found in the excavation is the key part of this chapter,which is introduced in turn according to the excavation sites.The second part,type analysis of the statistically based housing base specimens.All the specimens can be divided into three types:rammed earth foundation type,flat-ground and crypt-type.Each type is divided into different types according to the shape of the building.The third part,this section discusses the staging of the Yinxu housing construction.The types of base sites and their distribution locations are counted and presented in tabular form.The buildings in the Yinxu are divided into the Huanbei and the Yinxu period.The period of the Yinxu period can be divided into two stages,namely,"two periods and three stages".The fourth part,Layout and the social attributes of the Yinxu housing construction,or functional analysis.Introduce the relevant information of the house relics into the latest achievements of the Yinxu layout research,and show the development process of Yinxu by the layout of the site.It is divided into four parts: the royal ancestral temple,palace building;Urban district building;the handicraft-related building and the tomb building.The fifth part,Explore the construction techniques of the Yinxu housing and analyze the architectural elements.From the perspective of architecture,the research on the processing methods of house foundation,wall and roof is carried out.The method of building element analysis is proposed.The various parts of the house(basis,wall,roof)can be arranged and combined to form a house,which is used as a method for studying the site.The sixth part,Through the comparative study with the early shang dynasty and the western zhou dynasty palace architecture in the central plains,the positioning of Yin ruins in the pre-qin history can be obtained.Conclusions,in this part we generalize the main views of this dissertation.
