The Research Of Dynamic Construction Site Layout Scheme Selection

As an important part of the construction organization design，Construction sitelayout is prerequisite and basis for construction project。Reasonable and scientific sitelayout scheme can not only reduce costs, but also ensure the Construction Progress, andreduce security risks, and ultimately achieve the project objectives. site layout schemeshould have been an important part of project management, but it has not act as a dueguidance and has been useless for a lot of construction projects. Construction site layoutplanning have not get enough attention. Two reasons for this proplem, first, Thedemands resources changes with construction stages dymamically, so Construction sitelayout should display dynamic changes with the construction processes. However,traditional methods are limited to meet the dynamical needs of constrction site. Second,we always design a single site layout scheme for a construction programe, lack ofcomparison, so it is difficult to identify its advantages and disadvantages.and make abetter scheme.Aiming at the problem that static construction site layout does not meet thedynamic needs of construction,This research presents the dynamic construction sitelayout idea，and analyzes a construction project based on typical foundation, mainstructure, decoration and finish stages.According to the different construction featuresand the resource requirements of the three stages,we design different construction sitelayout for different stages, hoping to achieve a relatively static dynamic layout purposes.with multi-stage arrangements.Aiming at the second problem,this paper intend toevaluate site layout plans with two aspects—the impact of construction managementand sales. This research combines existing indicators and new indicators,providing animproved evaluation system.. By using the Grey Relational Grade Analysis method andthe improved evaluation system,an evaluation model for construction site layout designwas established. Finally, a case study of using this model to evaluate each design plan ispresented.I hope this research can provide an easy scheme slection way for dynamicconstruction site layout,so that construction site layout can better serve constructionprojects.On the theoretical research, this article puts forward to designing dynamic sitelayouts, providing a new angle for construction site layout research, and studying theapplication of BIM in the site layout in this paper,has certain significance in BIM research and BIM popularizatio practice.
