In the process of rapid development of the construction industry,the requirements of the construction organization management level during construction site in China have been gradually improved.The layout of construction site is one of the important components of construction organization design,and it is the premise and foundation to ensure the successful completion of engineering construction.The site layout of the construction has different influence on the safety management,quality control,cost management and schedule control in the whole process of construction,as well as all stages of the later operation.Reasonable arrangement scheme can effectively shorten the transportation distance of materials and equipment,avoid the two handling of additional equipment and materials and the multiple demolition of temporary facilities,improve the production efficiency,ensure that traffic flows freely on the construction site,provide reasonable working surface for each specialty construction stage,so that the construction project have a good construction work environment and easy to manage.The traditional construction site layout scheme is purely based on the experience of the project manager,which makes the layout scheme lack the comprehensive consideration of the complex organization relationship and many influencing factors in the construction site.According to a large number of review of the relevant literature and the first line of construction site management consulting,clear the construction site layout of the main problems.That is,the construction site layout scheme lacks the scientific and reasonable arrangement basis,as well as the construction site layout scheme artificial subjectivity is too strong lack of system layout method,which causes all kinds of defects and leaks on the construction site layout scheme.Therefore,to further consult the relevant domestic and foreign literatures on the solution of the above problems,the paper summarizes and analyzes the present situation and achievements of the research on the layout of the construction site at home and abroad,and clarifies the research direction and main work contents of this article.Aiming at the problems existing in the layout of the construction site,this paper puts forward the application of BIM technology to the layout of the construction site,and analyzes and introduces the advantages and applicability of BIM technology in the layout of the construction site.The BIM information model is constructed,and the construction site is arranged and optimized by using the functions of three-dimensional arrangement,engineering quantity statistics,dynamic simulation of construction process and compliance inspection in BIM technology to improve the layout efficiency of the construction site.At the same time,BIM technology is used to provide auxiliary decision-making for the layout design of construction site,to reduce the artificial subjectivity of construction site layout process,to improve the accuracy of layout scheme and to discover the potential risk of traditional two-dimensional plane layout.The Systematic Layout Planning,which is often used in industrial engineering to solve the problem of layout,is used to arrange the construction site scientifically and rationally,and the arrangement method is improved and optimized.This paper analyzes the traditional Systematic Layout Planning,and finds that its artificial subjectivity is too strong in determining the weight of logistics relationship and non-logistics relationship among the working units,and puts forward the use of analytic hierarchy process for qualitative and quantitative analysis,thus strengthening the scientific rationality of the Systematic Layout Planning.For the limitation of traditional Systematic Layout Planning in facility layout,BIM technology is used to improve optimization and provide auxiliary decision.Aiming at the problem that the traditional Systematic Layout Planning may produce many schemes,the evaluation standard system of construction site layout scheme is established,and the hierarchical structure model of construction site layout scheme evaluation is constructed by the method of analytic hierarchy process,and the evaluation and optimization of multiple construction site layout schemes are carried out.Finally,the optimization method of construction site layout proposed in this paper is applied to the practical engineering case,and the applicability of the optimization method is illustrated.
