| The construction site layout,also known as the construction general layout,is an important part of the construction of engineering projects.It is the basis of the material output of engineering construction projects.Scientific and reasonable construction site layout is an effective control in advance,not only can effectively avoid risks,improve the project benefit;It can also reduce the negative impact of construction on the local natural and social environment.By using sufficient engineering information flow related to the proposed project to assist managers in decision-making,3D construction site layout can,on the one hand,find the risks and problems existing in the scheme in advance;On the other hand,BIM technology connects the model with the amount of engineering,and the cost difference caused by different design schemes can be quickly and efficiently displayed in the three-dimensional site layout.At the same time,the single construction site layout scheme lack of comparison,it is difficult to judge the pros and cons.Therefore,in the construction site layout,it is necessary to carry out multi-scheme design and scheme selection,in order to meet the functional requirements at the same time to achieve cost optimization.Based on the value engineering theory,this paper compares and selects the scheme of 3D construction site layout.Firstly,the function analysis of the three-dimensional construction site layout is carried out.The functional analysis includes three parts: the selection of functional indexes,the distribution of importance coefficients of each index and the function evaluation of a single scheme.The selection of functional indicators by Delphi method can ensure the adequacy and reliability of expert opinions participating in the survey and make the final results more authentic and reliable.The use of Analytic Hierarchy Process method to allocate the importance coefficient of each indicator can not only avoid the restriction of the forced scoring method,but also build a hierarchical structure,clarify the membership relationship among the indicators,which is clear,simple and practical.Using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to evaluate the function of a single scheme can reduce the fuzziness in the process of evaluation and improve the accuracy of evaluation,which is of great significance in the evaluation of qualitative indicators.Then is the cost evaluation part,discusses the impact of the construction site layout on the cost,using BIM technology to calculate the impact of the part,accurate and reliable;In the part of value evaluation,the rules of scheme comparison and selection are defined.Finally,a project composed of multiple single buildings is taken as a case study to verify the model constructed above,prove the feasibility of the model,and analyze the application effect.Research shows that the comparison and selection of BIM 3D construction site layout scheme based on value engineering theory is a low-cost way that can rapidly improve economic benefits.It provides reference for the application of BIM technology in the further combination with other project management theories,and responds to the call of the current national construction industry information era. |
