Research On Indoor Renovation Strategies From The Perspective Of Community Buildin

At present,the development of urban land has shifted from increment to stock,and the shortage of urban land and the obvious acceleration of residential area recession have become more and more prominent problems.In order to further prevent the urban sprawl from damaging the landscape and ecological environment,it is becoming more and more urgent and important to optimize the urban stock through community building,create a good living environment,and improve the relationship between people and space.At present,it is in the new era of innovative social governance,and the community is the smallest unit and cornerstone of social governance.As the main activity place of community residents,community activity centers have been paid more and more attention in community building.How to renovate the community activity center,improve residents’ awareness of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,and respond to the innovative social governance has become a top priority.The current renovation of community activity centers in Chengdu provides new opportunities and ways for community governance.The way of its transformation is very consistent with the concept of community building,so it is guided by the relevant theories under community building.Taking Wuhou District as the research scope and the indoor community activity center as the research object,this paper discusses the strategies for its renovation.Firstly,the research background,purpose and significance are summarized,and related concepts such as "community building" and "community activity center" are defined.The second chapter combs the relevant theories and the development history and present situation of community construction and activity centers at home and abroad,and constructs a guiding system from four aspects of community construction: public participation,organic renewal,catalyst theory and scene theory,so as to guide the indoor renewal and transformation of community activity centers,and provide constructive opinions and suggestions for community transformation,which can be used as reference for the revitalization of old community spaces.Secondly,it analyzes the development and succession of community activity centers and finds out the existing problems.Then,it conducts a comprehensive investigation from the sample case of the renovation and renewal of the community activity center in Wuhou District,Chengdu,including the previous site status,population structure characteristics,specific renovation content,and residents’ satisfaction,etc.,and summarizes the experience and achievements of Wuhou District under the community construction,providing arguments for the strategy.Finally,on the basis of theoretical guidance and case analysis,the methodology is studied,and the renovation strategy is put forward from the whole process of community activity center,including three stages: before renovation,during renovation and after renovation.At each stage,under the guidance of four theories,the methods of renewal and transformation are put forward comprehensively.The difference between the indoor renovation and renovation of community activity center in the perspective of community building and the traditional renovation is that it has changed the top-down model,guided residents to provide channels and ways to participate in community affairs,and added the building method of consumption dimension,which provided material and spiritual guarantee for the long-term operation of the activity center and systematically formed a good community environment for residents to "build,govern and share".
