| With the rapid development of economy and transformation of economic structures, the old industrial buildings lost producing functions are greatly vacant.Meanwhile, the demands of development of social innovation and cultural undertakings toward creative industrial parks are increasing rapidly. To combine the rebuilding and utilization of industrial buildings with the development demands of creative industrial parks is an effective measure to realize the symbiosis of economic development and environment protection. However, due to the insufficient systematic thought guiding and pursuing economic efficiency partially in the existing transforming process, the problems such as severe damages of old industrial buildings, inadequate vitality of creative industrial parks and homogenization of rebuilding style etc.On purpose of solving the mentioned questions and base on the proposition of old industrial buildings rebuilt into creative industrial parks, this thesis introduces the symbiosis idea to discuss co-existing and complementing of opposing elements. The concepts such as sacred domain and middle realm etc. are extracted to establish symbiosis model of relative system to solve the existing problems in the process of old industrial buildings rebuilt into creative industrial parks.This thesis firstly analyzes the domestic case studies combining symbiosis idea and explore the existing problems in the process of domestic old industrial buildings rebuilt into creative industrial parks. Then, combining symbiosis idea with old industrial building rebuilding, the symbiosis of buildings and history, the symbiosis of buildings and environment and the symbiosis of buildings themselves are relatively researched separately and specific design strategies are proposed. Finally, according to the relevant rebuilding symbiosis strategies, the specific design methods of old industrial buildings rebuilt into creative industrial parks are proposed. On the symbiosis level of building and history, it is proposed to evaluate old industrial buildings and grasp its accurate values; on the symbiosis level of building environment, the specific design methods are proposed on the aspects of urban textures and internal environments; on the symbiosis level of buildings themselves, the corresponding design methods are proposed from the perspectives of building space, building structures and building styles. Through the introduction of symbiosis idea, the thesis summarizes the specific and operable design principles in the rebuilding process so as to provide guidance and reference for old industrial buildings rebuilt into creative industrial parks. |
