The word “parameterization” originates earliest from the mathematical field.Through the application in computer logic of language,it is first applied in the architecture design industry.In recent years,parameterized technology has gradually cut a figure in landscape architecture.Parameterized design is constantly applied in landscape architecture,such as Princess Diana Memorial Fountain(designed by Kathryn Gustafson Law Firm),Luxelakes Cloud Park(Z+T Studio),Leaf Roll Bridge,and Ice Bridge,etc.This thesis starts from parameterized design,explores the application of landscape architecture form based on parameterized design methods,and then sorts out relevant materials and case studies to be applied in design.This thesis offers discussion and research from the following aspects:(1)Part One: Chapter One searches for and summarizes relevant materials on parameterizeddesign,discusses the importance of parameterized design in landscape architecture,andpoints out the research significance,objectives,major content,features,and innovation.(2)Part Two: Chapter Two introduces relevant concepts on parameterized design,summarizesand analyzes relevant cases on parameterized design,interprets the philosophical andscientific theoretical basis,and proposes relevant problems and corresponding solutions.(3)Part Three: Chapter Three generalizes and summarizes relevant parameter algorithms,andlays a solid foundation for practical cases.(4)Part Four: Chapter Four constructs the landscape architectural forms while followingsome parameterized design methods,explores different impacts on landscape architectureunder parametric variables,constantly optimizes the design based on local factors,andarrives at environment-friendly landscape architectural forms.(5)Part Five: Chapter Five summarizes and offers an outlook on the research results of thethesis.Finally,the thesis cites the example of Chongqing Tengzigou Wetland Park,adopts thelogic construction algorithm with Grasshopper's disturbance principle,random principle,recycling principle,and data control principle to construct the landscape architectural forms.Then the thesis summarizes that the optimized construction concept for Grasshopper architectural forms consists of the logic construction with point unit,line unit,and surface unit successively,and offers an optimized construction design for landscape architectural forms applicable to wetland parks.
