With the development of society,we should always care about the life condition of some special groups. This is a basic requirement for the healthy development of society and the realization of justice and equality for every people. At present, visually impaired groups still faces many problems when they are traveling, such as insufficient installation and occupation, social public facilities, travel dignity of the visually impaired groups and unreasonable travel tools. In addition, the visually impaired group can only use limited senses such as hearing, touch, and smell to perceive the surrounding environment. This often leads to a situation where a certain sense organ is heavily occupied. The target of this article is to shift the occupancy of hearing to t actile sensation and reduce the density of information received by a single sensory organ,so as to achieve the efficiency of information reception.According to the chara cteristics of different tactile expressions, tactile pressure is taken as the object of tactile use in this paper.Due to its unique material characteristics and elastic tactile feel, this paper uses a flexible inflatable unit made of silicone material as a tactile expression carrier.Using bio-inspired design theory as a guide, the snails in gastropods were used as imitation objects to analyze the specific physiological mechanism of snail movement. After the abstract expression of biological principles and the determination of the design concept,a wearable device unit with a linear direction tactile sensation is designed through a flexible inflatable device. And using the means of reversing the mold of silicone,an attempt was made to produce silicone mode ls.Based on the construction of an inflatable device with five independent controllable airways, performance tests and human-machine experiments were performed on the inflatable unit to verify the performance of the biomimetic design and the ability to ex press linear haptics.Several different frequency modes were set in the experiment.By setting two different intensities as the experimental group and the control group, the subjects were tested for the accuracy of linear direction expression recognition.Through experimental tests, the inflation unit can achieve a very accurate direction sense expression under a certain frequency and inflation intensity.Based on the analysis of spatial information and the understanding of the travel environment of visually impaired persons, the design specification of the pathfinding grammar was carried out for the characteristics of the produced inflatable unit module.Divide the environment for visually impaired people into a series of common points, cue points and decision points.Under different types of locations, the corresponding combined expression of pathfinding grammar is used to encode a series of complex actions into independent action units. In order to achieve a more standardized and efficient navigation expression. Finally, through systematic design and product design concept, the product characteristics of the direction-based tactile expression form with the aerodynamic flexible structure are further explained.
