Commerce is one of the most important functions in a city.Business activities and their spatial structure have always been an important part of urban business geography.With the development of urban economy and the improvement of people's consumption level,urban commercial activities have become diversified and complex,and commercial space has gradually become diversified.Especially in recent years,the number of commercial complex with explosive growth has played a huge role in promoting the urban economy,and has become an important part of the urban commercial spatial structure.On the macro level,the agglomeration and diffusion of commercial complex affect the commercial spatial structure of the city;on the micro level,the existence of commercial complex also affects the commercial spatial structure of the block,which not only injects vitality into the block commerce,but also affects the residential,traffic and social space of the surrounding block.Therefore,starting from the micro perspective,this paper takes the commercial space within the 1500 meter walking range of the commercial complex as the research object,and based on the four types of business forms of retail,catering,life service,leisure and entertainment,studies the corresponding commercial space structure of different types and grades of commercial forms,and summarizes the formation mechanism that affects its structural characteristics.This provides guidance and reference for the optimization and upgrading of commercial space in other blocks.The thesis consists of four parts:The first part is the first chapter,which is the introduction part.First of all,this paper defines the concept of commercial complex,block commercial space structure and century Jinyuan block,and makes literature review around commercial complex,block commercial space structure and formation mechanism;secondly,this paper proposes the research object and content;finally,this paper expounds the research methods and framework.The second part is the second chapter of the thesis,which is the theoretical research on the characteristics and formation mechanism of commercial space structure of block centered on commercial complex.Based on the central place theory,competitive rent theory,business agglomeration theory and consumer behavior theory,this chapter uses the cases of Xihongmen Huiju block and blue harbor block in Beijing for reference to establish the theory of commercial spatial structure characteristics and formation mechanism of block centered on commercial complex.In the theoretical part of spatial structure characteristics,according to the different scale,grade and form of commercial space,four types of commercial space units are put forward: commercial center,commercial node,commercial street and independent commercial building.Because of the different choice of commercial space unit and location,different types of commercial outlets have formed different spatial structure characteristics,including circle type,circle type,circle type,circle type,circle type,circle type,and independent commercial building Anti circle type,excessive center concentration,uniform distribution and so on.The influencing factors of the commercial spatial structure of the block can be elaborated from five aspects of economy,society,transportation,facilities and environment.The formation mechanism can be summarized as economic mechanism,social mechanism,transportation mechanism,facility mechanism and environment mechanism.The third part is the third and fourth chapter of the thesis,which is an empirical study of the characteristics and formation mechanism of the commercial space structure of the block centered on the commercial complex.This part selects Beijing Century Jinyuan block as a case study.The research shows that: the commercial space of the block centered on the commercial complex presents the characteristics of circle structure,and different formats and grades present the characteristics of differentiated spatial structure.Among them,the catering industry presents the characteristics of circle structure,while the level presents the characteristics of anti circle structure;the retail industry presents the characteristics of excessive center concentration,which presents the characteristics of uniform distribution and excessive center set The living service industry shows the characteristics of regional agglomeration and multi center dispersion in the level;the leisure and entertainment industry shows the characteristics of interlayer distribution.The formation mechanism of the structural characteristics of different formats is different.Among them,the spatial structure of catering is mainly affected by economic,traffic and environmental mechanisms,the spatial structure of retail is obviously affected by economic mechanisms,the spatial structure of life service is mainly affected by facilities and social mechanisms,and the role of leisure and entertainment is obviously affected by social mechanisms.The fourth part is the conclusion.First of all,it puts forward the research conclusion,and then puts forward the optimization strategy of the commercial space of the block centered on the commercial complex,including the reasonable allocation of the number of commercial outlets in the block,the planned upgrading of the commercial outlets in the block,the reservation of commercial facilities space,and the reasonable selection of the location of commercial outlets,and finally puts forward the research deficiencies and prospects.
