| The villages in Bai-yang Lake,located in the waters of Bai-yang Lake,Xiongan New Area,Hebei Province,has developed from the Neolithic era to the present,and has experienced prosperity and turbulence,and bearing the rich cultural connotation of Bai-yang Lake.However,due to the rapid development of urbanization,villages in Bai-yang Lake have problems that need to be solved,such as population loss,backward industries,and lack of culture.At the same time,they also put some pressure on the ecological environment of Bai-yang Lake and are not conducive to the effective functioning of ecological functions.With the establishment of the Xiongan New Area in Hebei,the process of regional function transformation and the ecological restoration of Bai-yang Lake has accelerated.Under the dual influence of the pull of the Xiongan New Area and the resistance of the ecological environment,how to solve the development of the villages in Bai-yang Lake through the restructuring of the village space,It is the focus of this paper to make them play their own value and extend the "nostalgia" while conforming to the future development direction of Xiongan New Area.First,the article uses literature review,field surveys,in-depth interviews and other research methods to summarize the spatial evolution process and characteristics of the villages in Baiyang Lake under the influence of multiple factors such as nature,transportation,policy,and society from the three perspectives of spatial distribution,spatial form and spatial function.It is concluded that the villages in Bai-yang Lake is a characteristic space with cultural value,aesthetic value,tourism value and production value and should be protected.Based on this,starting from the internal and external factors that affect the spatial reconstruction of the villages in Bai-yang Lake,and taking the requirements of Xiongan New Area related planning content for villages in Bai-yang Lake as the guiding direction,it proves the necessity of using spatial reconstruction methods to solve contradictory problems.Secondly,from a multidisciplinary perspective of planning,ecology,geography,sociology,etc.,using spatial analysis methods that combine qualitative and quantitative methods to conduct specific research on the internal and external forces driving the spatial reconstruction of villages in Bai-yang Lake,and separately evaluate the development potential of the villages in Bai-yang Lake.On this basis,the first is to integrate the degree of influence of different driving factors on the villages in Bai-yang Lake,reasonably determine the overall relocation,guide relocation,retention and promotion of three types of the villages in Bai-yang Lake space reconstruction models;the second is to combine the construction of Xiongan New Area in the context of the direction of spatial function reconstruction of the villages in Bai-yang Lake,as well as the advantages of each village,clarify the three types of space development of the villages in Bai-yang Lake: cultural display type,ecological leisure type and tourist service type;third,based on the theory of space development,the artical explored ways to restructure the space system that broke administrative boundaries,and proposed the establishment of a fourlevel spatial system of "central community-general community-key village-grassroots village".Finally,according to the spatial restructuring model and spatial development type results of the villages in Bai-yang Lake,the article proposes spatial restructuring strategies at three spatial levels: functional structure,transportation network,and landscape features.Establishing a spatial network of regional villages that connect points to an axis and take an axis with a plane.And the spatial restructuring strategy from the three levels of implementation: ecological compensation,guidance of public participation,and strengthening of planning and control,to regulate ecological benefits and ensure the sustainable development of the villages in Bai-yang Lake. |
