Research On The Strategy Of Old Community Space Transformation Based On Resilience Theory

It is an expansion of the current research on the transformation and renewal of the old communities in full swing in China to bring the old communities into the study of community resilience construction,and it is also an active exploration on how to calmly deal with the high uncertainty risk of the city in the old communities in China.At present,the old community space in our country is not deep enough and the environment is declining day by day,which results in the old community space vulnerability;the space vitality is low and the neighborhood relationship is indifferent,which causes the old community space public security risk problem to be prominent,once the disaster occurs,it will bring devastating impact on the old community.For the old community space,there are many problems,such as paying more attention to the residential building structure than to the outdoor space,and the promotion of the heavy disaster prevention design index neglects the community disaster construction to deal with the uncertain risk.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the construction methods that the old community space can calmly deal with uncertain risks,control risks and reduce public security risk events.In addition,in recent years,the resilience construction of foreign communities has achieved great success.The resilience construction method of community space has accumulated a lot of successful experience in improving the bearing capacity of community environment,space disaster and other areas.At present,scholars in China have completed the basic framework of resilient community planning,but the theory and Strategy Research of resilient community construction facing uncertain risk has not been systematized,and there is no practical strategy.Therefore,by translating the abstract "resilience" theory into the specific expression carrier,the author constructs the theoretical system of the resilience construction of the old community space,puts forward the universality strategy of the resilience theory to guide the old community space,synthesizes the resilience problem of the current situation of the old community space in Beijing,and sums up the resilience transformation strategy of the old community space with operability.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which puts forward the background,purpose and significance of this study.Define the concepts of "old community","resilience theory" and "old community space transformation" involved in the paper,and clarify the research methods and framework of this paper.The second chapter systematically combs the theoretical and practical cases needed to carry out the research,and clarifies the basic characteristics of the resilient old community space system.The third chapter is the strategy research,which puts forward the elements,mechanism,influencing factors and universal strategy of the resilience theory to guide the old community space transformation,and explores the practical path of the old community space resilience construction.The fourth and fifth chapters are empirical studies,taking the old communities in Beijing as an example to investigate and study,to clarify the specific problems existing in the space resilience of the old communities,to find out the causes of the universality and particularity of the problems,to systematically put forward the transformation strategies of the space resilience of the old communities,and to apply the strategies to the specific communities to improve the practical significance.At last,this paper summarizes the whole thesis.Firstly,it gives the academic point of view and summary of the research problems;secondly,it explains the shortcomings of the research results;finally,it points out the direction of the follow-up research.
