| Under the emergency management perspective to explore urban community public space toughness,toughness is the current our country city and the supplement and expansion of community toughness increase research,is also the current our country city community in the face of all kinds of unexpected events under the background of the emergency,how to improve community by community public space building the positive study of the ability to cope with public emergency.In recent years,China’s frequent public emergencies,often in a number of areas caused casualties,property losses,social disorder,caused a great impact on the national social stability,the emergency management put forward higher requirements.Urban community is the basic component unit of a city.Community public space,as the space carrier of residents’ activities,is an important part of a community.In the context of normalisation of disasters,the concept of resilience has been gradually introduced into the construction of community public space.After several years of development and practice at home and abroad,it has been proved that it is feasible and effective to improve community resilience and improve the ability of community to cope with risks through the construction of community public space.Promote community emergency management ability as a starting point,this paper based on the theory of the theory of toughness,the construction characteristics of resilient community public space as a as foothold,construction of urban community public space toughness evaluation index,and through the comparative analysis to the evaluation result of actual case,provide the basis for the community’s ability to deal with emergency events ascension.First,this paper studies of the literature for collecting and sorting,summarizes its development and research status quo,put forward the relevant concepts and characteristics of the community public space toughness,analytical characteristics of urban public emergency and emergency management mechanism,put forward the characteristics of resilient community public space emergency management mechanism.Secondly,based on the principles of scientificity,applicability and feasibility,and guided by the theory of resilience,the evaluation indicators were preliminarily selected through systematic literature analysis,and then the primary indicators were screened again in the form of expert questionnaire,and the index system was preliminarily constructed and the values of each index were assigned,so as to determine the final system.Then,actual investigation in jinan community,select three typical communities,community resilience assessment carried out,to collect the data needed to,through the application examples show the feasibility and practicability of the evaluation system further,through the fuzzy analysis method to compile the weight total score of indicators,divided into community resilience rating and in-depth comparative analysis on the result of the assessment.Finally,based on the above indicators,feasible community public space design strategies are proposed to enhance community resilience,so as to improve the community’s ability to respond to emergency events. |
