| In the past,the reconstruction of old residential areas mostly focused on the structural repair of houses,the completion of supporting facilities and the improvement of environmental quality.The construction of emergency disaster prevention in residential areas was not fully considered.The reconstruction of emergency disaster prevention was simply carried out according to the disaster prevention index,resulting in the insufficient ability of old residential areas to deal with uncertain risks.Because novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak occurred in 2020,the old residential space became the only outdoor activity place for residents during the closed management of residential districts.However,the problem of its fragile space environment and inadequate emergency capacity was completely unmasked.Therefore,in the post epidemic era,it is urgent to integrate resilience construction into the transformation system of old residential areas,so as to enhance the emergency disaster prevention capacity of old residential areas.Based on the summary of resilience related literature at home and abroad,this paper defines that resilience of residential public space is reflected in three stages: pre disaster reserve capacity,in disaster response capacity and post disaster recovery capacity.According to the basic elements of residential public space,this paper constructs a research framework of old residential public space based on the concept of resilience,and on this basis,makes a survey of Hefei city,In the end,it analyzes and summarizes the current situation.Based on the analysis and summary of the current problems,this study puts forward the reconstruction strategy of public space in the old residential area based on the concept of resilience,which includes the integration and optimization of the stock space,the reorganization of the road traffic system and the strengthening of the emergency response capacity of the public space,the creation of a multi landscape environment and the reorganization of the activity space frame The construction,the orderly integration of public space and the strengthening of the construction of human environment in residential areas.On the basis of the strategy,this paper attempts to reform and design the public space of Xinyiyuan block in Hefei,and puts forward specific improvement and optimization measures from the aspects of integrating and optimizing the stock space,organizing the road traffic system,building the emergency capacity of public space,and creating the space environment. |
