After reform and Open,unprecedented energy of development burst from China's Economic.The circulation of elements is faster and the business transactions become more frequent goods or people's daily flow become more and more frequent.Roads,waterways and railways,etc are increasingly unable to meet the need of the rapid flow of people and goods efficiently.As an important transportation mode in Chinese transportation industry,the gross of civil aviation is quite impressive which has promote the development of transportation industry.In the past 40 years of reform and open,China's civil aviation industry has attracted the world's attention by its' speed of development.Pilot is a scarce and proprietary human resource.It's also the most precious human resource of airlines.The persistent growing of airlines can't live without a steady team formed by a group of pilots.On the one hand,the stability and growing of pilot team directly creates more profits for the company.On the other hand,it insures the continuous operation and the safety of commercial flying.Chinese civil aviation industry is rapidly expanding during last few decades.The circumstance of lacking flying proprietary human resource cause the competition of proprietary human resource scrambling.Airlines around the world still are facing a huge risk of pilots loss,especially those senior ones.In order to prevent the loss of pilots,insure flying safty,and promote more value of pilots to earn more profits,we should study how to prevent pilots losing.However,it has not attracted much attention in the industry to study preventing the loss of proprietary human resources.Therefore,the analysis of how to protect the most important human resources of enterprise development in the market competition points out the direction of the proprietary human resources management for many airlines.Taking HB airlines as an example,this paper analyse the characteristics of proprietary human resources,present situation of company management and the resign situation of the company.It is found that the loss reasons of the proprietary human resources both comes from internal and external of the company,but mostly owing to the enterprise self-management.By studying the HB airline,the factors of the departure of civil aviation pilots at the enterprise level are the heavy workload,heavy responsibility,great pressure,unscientific and unsound salary system,welfare system,evaluation mechanism and narrow staff development path,etc.The departure of pilots also comes from physical fitness,family,workplace and personal goals are inconsistent with the enterprise reasons.To solve the problems well,we suggest to take several measures to the question: Improve the management level of pilots,changing the employment strategies,Easing labour relations,consummating career planning,Adjusting salary system,enhancing enterprise culture admitting and keep investing in the training and education.
