AM is a world-famous large airline.After years of development,it has a wide range of regular routes,many passengers are selected,and passenger transportation is busy,but at the same time AM is facing fierce competition.Not only in terms of competing for customer share,but also competition for pilot talent reserves.AM's pilot group's overall satisfaction with the company is not high,so the pilot loss rate is increasing year by year,which is not conducive to the further development and growth of AM.Therefore,constructing a system to solve pilot loss,and propose countermeasures to reduce pilot loss rate from various aspects,can improve the stability of AM company pilot team from theory and practice,and further improve AM's market competitiveness.There are many reasons for the loss of pilots in AM.This thesis investigates and analyzes the reasons for the loss of pilots of AM in the AM company's pilot group,human resources department and management.These reasons include five aspects: AM company's human resource management concept is backward,no Introducing advanced management methods,there are many unreasonable aspects in recruitment,training,training,etc.,which is not conducive to the career development of pilots;AM company's salary performance is not competitive,it is difficult to compete with other emerging airlines,leading to the departure of excellent pilots Loss;AM company pilots lack recognition of corporate culture,the company's development philosophy does not fully consider the sense of belonging of employees,resulting in the pilot cannot fully devote himself to the development of the enterprise;AM company pilot level is unreasonable,the responsibilities are not clear The unreasonable powers and responsibilities caused the pilots to have ambivalence and negative emotions at work;the problems of the pilots themselves,such as family conflicts and children's education,all had a certain impact on the loss of pilots.Therefore,in order to retain excellent pilots,AM companies attract and cultivate more excellent and mature flight talents,it is urgent to establish and improve pilot selection and training systems,scientifically plan pilot career prospects,and construct reasonable promotion channels;construct fair and open pilot incentives.Mechanism to improve the internal and external competitiveness of pilots' compensation;build a people-oriented corporate culture,ensure that the company's development philosophy is consistent with the needs of pilots;improve pilots' crisis management awareness,implement key public relations policies,retain pilots;work for pilots,life,families,etc.The implementation of humane care in one aspect,the introduction of a variety of employee insurance benefits,to relieve the pilot's worries.Better growth of the AM company will fundamentally enhance AM's appeal to pilots.The loss of AM pilots has brought serious obstacles to the company's operation and development.After the pilots proposed the retention measures,the career prospects,salary and work environment will be greatly improved,which is stronger than other airlines.The competitiveness,therefore,can better enable pilots to work in the company and further enhance the competitiveness of AM.
