In recent years,with the rapid development of the domestic civil aviation industry,the civil aviation authority to unlock airline restrictions,a large number of small and medium-sized private aviation enterprises and local aviation enterprises such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain like that airlines have been established,the core of human resources-the pilot turnover rate increased year by year,the loss of stability and the pilot management problem has become increasingly prominent,start pay close attention to the airline pilots,as special occupation groups,do a good job of their occupation planning and management mode to ensure flight safety,has an important significance to enhance the value of the pilot occupation.In this study,D airlines as research object,the development status of D airlines,human resources management,especially the pilots of the occupation career planning management status and existing problems are analyzed,including the analysis of the main aspects of the pilot,occupation career planning,salary and welfare,security system,pilot construction,training and management,enterprise the cultural aspects of D airlines,points out the existing problems in management,illustrates the importance of the pilot occupation career management of the company;the different stage characteristic of D airline pilots occupation career is analyzed,and then determine to airlines,human resources department,Department of flight,the pilot itself four aspects involved in the role of occupation career planning design,occupation career development planning program of D airline pilots are designed according to the flight;The characteristics of the occupations are analyzed,and the Countermeasures for the implementation of the pilot's career management are further put forward.This study provides enough information for building a scientific and stable pilot team,finding out reasonable needs of pilots in time,formulating a reasonable career planning and management system,restricting pilots and not damaging their interests.At the same time,improve the management level of D airlines and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprises.
