Research And Implementation Of Virtual Reality Visualization Technology In Digital Workshop

"Made in China 2025" pointed out that the development of the national economy mainly depends on the manufacturing industry.After the introduction of the "Industry 4.0" in the world,countries around the world are increasing their innovation efforts to promote the development of the manufacturing industry.As one of the important components of the manufacturing industry,the digital workshop is of great significance for the research of the digital workshop to improve the development speed of my country's industry and accelerate the intelligent transformation of the industry,making my country become the world's top manufacturing power.Based on the digital workshop,this article integrates the digital workshop with the virtual reality technology,and studies the virtual reality technology based on the digital workshop,the data driving technology of the three-dimensional model in the virtual reality scene and the data visualization technology in the virtual reality scene.Through in-depth research on the visualization technology of virtual reality,the overall design of the virtual reality visualization method of the digital workshop is completed,and the scene visualization,production process visualization and data visualization of the digital workshop in the virtual reality scene are realized.The virtual reality technology based on the digital workshop is mainly aimed at the rendering process of virtual reality scenes,and analyzes the current mainstream virtual reality scene rendering optimization technology.In this paper,based on the research of digital workshop machine tool equipment,for its complex structure and large number of models,it proposes a dynamic reduction method of 3D models based on structural weights,which accelerates the rendering speed of virtual reality scenes and reduces the the requirements of the hardware environment.Data-driven technology is mainly aimed at the operation animation of the digital workshop machine tool equipment model and the particle effect animation such as flame in the virtual reality scene.In this paper,through the research of OPC UA,KepServerEX and PI real-time database,through the Unity3 d software script system,the real-time data driving technology through the three-dimensional model is completed,so that the machine tool equipment model in the virtual reality scene and the machine tool equipment in the real scene are synchronized.Visualize the production process of the digital workshop in the virtual reality scene.The visualization technology in the virtual reality scene is mainly aimed at data visualization.This article first analyzes the characteristics of the data generated by the digital workshop,and then completes the visualization of the two-dimensional chart and the three-dimensional chart of the data through the study of the visual chart of the virtual reality scene.And through the PI real-time database to obtain the historical data of the digital workshop,at the same time,according to the data characteristics of the digital workshop,three different visualization schemes are proposed,which are the responsive visualization scheme,the Kanban visualization scheme,and the large screen visualization scheme.
