| With the arrival of a new wave of technological innovation represented by the Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data and mobile Internet,the workshop,as the core unit of manufacturing,is also developing in the direction of digitalization,intelligence and visualization.In order to achieve a higher level so as to realize intelligent digital manufacturing,the core goal is to deeply integrate the physical workshop with the information-based virtual workshop.Digital Twin(DT)has been widely studied and concerned as the best way to realize the interaction and fusion of information physical world.This paper applies the advanced manufacturing concept of digital twins to the workshop,focuses on the key technology of 3d visualization workshop system based on digital twins,designs and realizes the system,and verifies the feasibility of the system with a case study.This paper firstly combines the concept of digital twins and the characteristics of the workshop to design a digital twin frame for workshop applications.Next,focus on the three parts of the physical workshop,virtual workshop,physical workshop and virtual workshop information interaction in the framework.In the aspect of physical workshop,the OPC UA-based physical workshop information modeling is studied to realize the unified description of all the information in the physical workshop and the equipment interconnection and data collection.In the virtual workshop,the 3D visualization modeling of the workshop based on virtual reality is studied.Realize the virtual workshop with physical workshop mapping,good visualization effect and strong human-computer interaction;research on data-driven material-workshop information interaction modeling in physical workshop and virtual workshop information interaction.Through this three-part modeling,a digital twin model for the workshop is established.Then,for the shop scheduling,a real-time dynamic scheduling mechanism based on digital twins is proposed.The shop manufacturing process model is established based on the timed Petri net.Based on the model,the heuristic search based on A* algorithm is used to solve the optimal processing.The route scheduling strategy is taken as an example to study the scheduling solution method under the fault condition of the workshop.In order to verify the feasibility of the model and scheduling method,the liquor simulation production workshop was took as an example,the Unity3 D virtual reality engine was selected to realize the 3D visualization workshop system,and the system functions were displayed and published into applications,and finally used in actual workshops.The results show that the system can achieve all-round control of the production factors and production process of the workshop,and at the same time make the workshop control more precise and decision-making more timely. |
