With the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and advanced manufacturing technology,the manufacturing industry facing high-end,intelligent and green development has ushered in a new development opportunity.As the key driving technology of intelligent manufacturing,digital twin technology has become a research hotspot all over the world.As a production place for transforming design drawings into products,the workshop undertakes the task from raw materials to finished products.The production status of the management workshop directly affects the production efficiency and product quality of the enterprise.Aiming at the problems of insufficient information exchange and poor visualization effect in the current workshop management,and the everchanging product customization needs faced by the workshop,this paper designs the workshop visual monitoring system based on the digital twin technology.By establishing the digital twin system of the workshop,it provides visualization,A real virtual interactive environment to improve the efficiency of workshop management and control.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:Aiming at the problem of how to apply digital twin technology in manufacturing workshop,the key technologies of digital twin system are studied,and the four-layer framework of digital twin workshop is put forward,which are perception layer,data layer,simulation modeling layer and application layer respectively,which lays a foundation for the subsequent research.In view of the real-time requirements of the digital twin workshop visual monitoring system,the multi-source heterogeneous data in the workshop is integrated by using the OPC UA framework,and a real-time data-driven method for the digital twin system is proposed.On the basis of the overall structure of the digital twin workshop,compared with common visualization development schemes,combined with the advantages of VR development platform and Web development platform,a realization scheme of VR-Web integrated visualization monitoring system is proposed.Taking a production workshop as an example,a digital twin workshop visualization monitoring system was built,the above method was verified,and the correctness of the digital twin-based workshop visualization system design method was illustrated.
