| The "China Manufacturing 2025" strategy was proposed by the State Council in 2015.In recent years,China has actively implemented the construction of a "Manufacturing Power",changing from "Made in China" to "Intelligent manufacturing in China".With the rapid development of the computer science and the increase and maturity of virtual reality application development platforms,the application of virtual reality technology to the manufacturing workshop to enhance its level of intelligence has also become a research hotspot at home and abroad.Unity 3D development engine is oriented to component development,supports multiple platform releases and many other advantages,making it the most popular 3D game development engine.Based on this background,this paper proposes a workshop virtual reality system based on Unity 3D,which displays the workshop real environment in the computer 3D virtual environment,and develops some functions such as virtual roaming,virtual assembly,and workshop work guidance to improve the production level and safety of the workshop.First,the virtual environment workshop needs to be built,complete the modeling and texture rendering of the workshop equipment by combining the Solidworks and 3ds Max 3D modeling software,import the equipment model into the Unity 3D virtual scene,and complete the construction of the workshop plant terrain to realize the Three-dimensional visualization of the workshop.Further,the virtual roaming function and virtual assembly function would be implemented in the virtual workshop scene,mainly researching the collision detection technology,automatic navigation technology,virtual character animation control technology,etc.in Unity 3D,to realize the virtual character roaming in the virtual environment,and to realize the virtual assembly operation of the product by using the mouse,Keyboard and other input methods.Then,based on the augmented reality technology and PTC’s Vuforia augmented reality development toolkit,to realize the three-dimensional tracking registration of the virtual workshop,and superimpose the virtual assembly operation information to the real workshop environment.At the end,implementing the main functions of the system in the Unity 3D development platform and the work of designing the main graphical user interface,include publishing the virtual reality system in the Windows operating environment and publishing the augmented reality guidance function to the Android device,testing the system performance and give certain optimization.The innovation of this paper lies in the application of virtual reality technology and augmented reality technology to the workshop work of manufacturing enterprises.It completes the virtual roaming,virtual assembly and augmented reality guidance functions of the workshop,which provides a certain amount of workshop 3D visualization research and worker assembling training.The feasibility has certain reference significance for the digital twin research work of the workshop. |
