Research On Digital Workshop Equipment Integrated

With globalization competition aggravating, the cycle of product's updating and designing and manufacturing shortens and the product mode of customization forms, which bring more and more big competitive pressure to manufacturing and urge the conception of digital manufacture and digital workshop's creating. The digital workshop technology is under the support of high-performance computer and high -speed network , adopt computer simulation and virtual reality technology, in the way of group coordinate, it has summarized each aspect of the studies of modeling and simulating to the real world object and activity. From the conception formation of product,design to the entire process of manufacture's 3D visualization and interactive environment, realizes the nature process of product manufacture in the computer(including the design of product,performance analyses,process plans,manufacture,quality test,the manage and control of production process), simulate and forecast the problem which may be present in the product function,performance and machinability through virtual model in the computer. The digital workshop technology has changed the tradition idea of planning and designing, planning and designing from the way of experience and handwork to the accurate reliable computer aided's digital simulation and optimization , it has embodied out important significance in the field of time , quality , and cost .The article analysis detailedly the aim and frame of digital workshop system , as well as the step of realizing digital workshop system, on the basis of that, take the theory of digital manufacture and virtual reality technology as a foundation, Windows as platform, VC++6.0 and OpenGL as the development tool, mainly completed following several achievements:(1) Establish the three dimensional visible digital environment frame with VC++6.0 and OpenGL, provide three dimensional environment for the digital equipment integration simulation(2) Use three dimensional modelling software 3DMAX to establish three dimensional model for the machine, derive machine document , then inducted to the above three dimensional environment, for completing this work, unify 3DMAX software and the above three dimensional environment coordinate system, as well as unit of length, make the foundation for the demonstration of the machine.(3) Analysis detailedly the aim and frame of digital workshop system, divide the step of the realizing digital workshop system, in this foundation, determine the software frame of the realizing digitization workshop.(4) Summarize the data management method development, and the software foundation of database development, as well as visiting database technology and so on. The article establish the machine database with the ACCESS software, using the technology of ODBC, realize the management function of the machine information, propose the thought of establishing the cutting and clamp database.(5) Analysis detailedly digital workshop layout's design method, in this foundation, develop a small parametrization workshop layout software system with VC++6.0. In this system, the user may establish workshop according to individual need, through inputting coordinates form, may carry on the macroscopic layout to the workshop and in this foundation carry on the machine dispatch, user may act according to the layout form which designs beforehand, then input every machine coordinates, then may demonstrate the three dimensional layout effect in the workshop.(6) Using the OpenGL camera technology, take the advantage of the mouse and the keyboard control and interactive with environment, realize the machine and workshop is motionless, but human eyes(viewpoint) may move by the front and back, left and right, as well as revolves left and right, and looks up and overlooks, so that user may better observe the layout of workshop and processing effect.What the research and development work of the article do, is only the part of the digital workshop system development, but is playing important role to the following development of the digital workshop. Because the three dimensional environment of the digital workshop is the base of the processing,simulation,physical distribution analysis,dispatch of the digital workshop, and the main equipment in the digital workshop—machine, is vital to the digital workshop; the article experimental establishment's machine database is playing important role for the construction of the digital workshop; the program development of the parametrization layout is also playing the positive role to the following development of the workshop optimization procedure.
