Research On Ecological Design Of Garden Restaurant In Guangzhou

The restaurant garden is not only a major feature of Guangzhou,but also the crystallization of the melting furnace which is composed of habitancy,diet and garden.At present,the research in restaurant garden of Guangzhou is concentrated just in space form.There is not much research about the ecological design of Guangzhou restaurant garden.The study of this argument not only continues and develops LingNan garden,but also leads the following design and operation of restaurant garden.This thesis on the basis of the collection and collation of relevant literature on restaurant garden of Guangzhou to understand the current research situations of it,mainly analyzes the process of the evolvement about it.There is a close connection between it's formation and nature,society.Secondly,it describes the state of Guangzhou traditional restaurant garden ecological design,it is considered that the ecological design idea mainly embodies in garden idea,site selection,spatial layout,architectural design,landscapes and garden plant.Thirdly,it investigates the plane layout,Space infiltration and level of typical garden restaurants.And then,it is believed that there are two types in Guangzhou existing garden restaurants,one is classical style,the other is LingNan style with modern business atmosphere which is created by attachment to traditional restaurant garden and drinking habits.Fourthly,with a compaeative analysis on the two kinds of garden restaurants,there are some differences between them.Tt is called that now Guangzhou restaurant garden ecological design has the characteristic of the times which is derived on the basis of the traditional restaurant garden ecological design techniques.Fifthly,it analyses the current state of restaurant garden development,and makes recommendations based on the further development of restaurant garden ecological design techniques:In the design concept,it should pay attention to site selection,architectural space and garden space organic bonding,reasonable layout of architectural function,selection of construction material,landscapes and garden plant;In business philosophy,it should build a brand-name,resource-conserving,environment-friendly operation.
