Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Public Crisis Response Mechanism Of High-speed Railway In China

The current high-speed railway has gradually developed into a brand new means of transportation.At the same time,the rapid development of high-speed railway has won huge economic and social benefits for our country,making the transport efficiency become higher.And public relations crisis management is a new subject in our country,the current high speed railway development time is not long,and the operation management department in view of the public relations crisis management has not been able to take enough measures,resulting in crisis public relations management often emerge in high-speed railway operation,but also caused great damage.Based on the research object of high-speed railway public management,this paper mainly analyzes the important practical significance of the research on high-speed railway public crisis management by elaborating the relevant concepts and theories in principle,and finally presents the significance and value of the research needed in this paper.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of public crisis management of high-speed railway in China by the party committee,it is found that there are some problems,such as relatively weak awareness of public crisis management,defects in the response mechanism,and insufficient participation of all staff,etc.,and the solutions are proposed based on the analysis of the causes of the problems.The main results of this study are to provide measures and measures for the safe handling of public crisis for the increasingly developed high-speed railway operation,such as strengthening the construction of management team,improving the relevant system of public crisis management,and reasonably and effectively mobilizing all the forces.From the perspective of research,this paper focuses on the current developed high-speed railway field,and creatively proposes some measures for public crisis management according to the characteristics of this field.The research of this paper provides some references for crisis management in the field of public transport safety,including high-speed railway,and helps decision-makers of public management to be fearless in maintaining public safety and properly deal with the public crisis of high-speed railway.
