| With the gradual improvement of China’s urbanization level,the development of urban space has gradually changed from extension to connotation.Under the background of the strategy of revitalizing old industrial zones put forward by the state,the transformation and transformation of old industrial zones within cities has become the key factor to promote the upgrading of urban functional space and cultivate modern industrial clusters.At present,most of the new town formed in the stage of urban expansion are confronted with the problems of lack of connotation,single function and imbalance between work and housing.For the new town transformed from the old industrial zones,what are the characteristics of their residence and employment space,and whether there is a separation of job-housing or not.Based on the exploration of the relationship between employment space and residential space in the new town,and under the background of the transformation of the old industrial area,Qishuyan is taken as an example to make an empirical study on the demographic and spatial characteristics of employment space,residential space and their relationship.Firstly,the paper summarizes the research progress from the aspects of spatial structure of metropolitan area,new industrial districts,transformation of old industrial districts,residential space,employment space and jobhousing balance,and analyses the experience and achievements of residential-employment space research in new town.Secondly,with the matching of residential space and employment space structure as the breakthrough point,the representative Qishuyan is selected as the key research object by sorting out the related conditions of Changzhou Economic Development Zone.After that the study focuses on Qishuyan,using SPSS software to conduct single factor analysis,main factor analysis and cluster analysis on the results of the survey of residential employment space,and get the characteristics of residential space and employment space in this area.Then,based on the commuting characteristics of the survey population,the residential-employment matching degree of Qishuyan was calculated,and the Spearman correlation analysis was used to obtain the single factor and the main factor that have an impact on the residential-employment matching of Qishuyan.Afterwards the characteristics of residential-employment matching of different groups are obtained by cluster analysis.Finally,the characteristics of residential-employment space of Qishuyan District in Changzhou and Baijiahu District in Nanjing are compared and studied.Based on the comparative analysis results of the two new town,the dynamic mechanism of the matching of residential-employment space structure in new town under the background of the transformation of old industrial zone is explored,and the optimization strategy of residential-employment space in new town is preliminarily explored. |
