Research On The Residential And Residential Space In Old City Of Nanjing Based On The Perspective Of Residence-employment

With the rapid economic and social development of Nanjing,a large number of population and construction have gathered in the old urban area.In order to guide the healthy and orderly development of the city,the old city area has been constantly relieving the overcrowded industry and population to the new urban area.At the same time,the separation of office and housing is becoming more and more obvious.There is a two-way traffic jam between the Old City and the New City.Based on this background,this paper conducts an empirical study of the job-residence space in the old city of Nanjing,and tries to explore the optimization strategy for the job-living space,thus alleviating the traffic congestion caused by separation of jobs and residences.This paper adopts questionnaire sampling method to collect data,spss software carries out feature analysis and data analysis,gis software performs spatial placement,and refers to related research to quantitatively measure the relationship between job and residence.It mainly includes the measurement of the total occupational and living space,the analysis of the spatial characteristics of the office and residence,the analysis of the relationship between the employees and the inhabitants,the influencing factors and optimization strategies,and the practical application of the project.First of all,the measurement of the total occupational and residential space in the old city of Nanjing revealed that the total employment in the old city is basically balanced,and then the structural matching of the old city in Nanjing is analyzed.This paper uses the investigation area in the old city as an example to analyze the spatial characteristics of the office and residence;The structural matching of the Old City.On this basis,the influencing factors of the balance of office and residence in the old city are discussed,and the corresponding optimization strategies are proposed from the four aspects of living space,employment space,traffic conditions and public facilities.Finally,using the controlled detailed planning of the old city of Nanjing as a demonstration,the author explores the practical application of space optimization measures for the office and residence.
