Abstract/Summary:
Due to the friction of bearings and other parts during the operation of locomotives and vehicles,certain amount of heat will be generated,which is a normal phenomenon.However,when there is a fault in the bearing parts of locomotives or vehicles,or due to the operation error of operators and other reasons,the heat generated will rise geometrically.If it is light,it will cause vehicle delay and affect traffic volume.If it is heavy,it may cause vehicle derailment or even vehicle damage or death due to axle burning or axle cutting.Now the train speed is increasing step by step,and the 10000 ton heavy haul freight train is also very common,which requires more attention to the safety of the train shaft,because it is they that support the 10000 ton dragon.Once they have problems,they will react to the abnormal temperature rise of the train shaft at the first time,so monitoring the temperature change of the bearing is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of the train.At present,there are two methods to monitor the bearing temperature: ground type and vehicle type.There are two kinds of ground monitoring methods: manual measurement and ground infrared automatic detection.The train inspector will check whether there is any abnormal condition after the train arrives at the station.It can be imagined that it is impossible to complete each inspection quickly and with high quality.The infrared automatic detection method is to install an infrared detector at the entrance of each station.When the train passes through,the axle temperature value is calculated according to the different principle of infrared spectrum radiated by objects with different temperature.Although this method can save a lot of detection personnel,it can only be installed in a few points of the whole operation section,there is a large part of blind area can not be detected,and the change of the surrounding environment has a certain impact on the infrared detection accuracy.In this design,a method of real-time monitoring axle temperature on vehicle is put forward.Advanced Lora wireless transceiver and GPRS technology are used to realize real-time reminder for crew members.At the same time,TCP / IP protocol is used to transmit data to Internet to realize monitoring and data record storage at management end.Using battery to provide power,ultra-low power design,especially in the case of inconvenient power supply of freight vehicles has outstanding advantages.
