Vehicle Emissions Laboratory To The Host Computer System Development

Taking the introduced AVL Emission Test Equipments as the development object, in the paper the host computer system used it] vehicle exhaust test was set up and establishes a distributed computer system as controlling scheme. By serial transmission technology and the AK communication protocol among the emission test equipments, the hardware is founded. By adopted object programming technique and visual programming language, the software of host computer system is developed. Its reliability of the soft is studied in this paper from all the way and adopted many reliable technologies to ensure the system's reliable ruining.The developed system can remotely control eirission bench, transmit data and have high reliability and generate test report automatically. Lastly, the ECE1504 Cycle tests have been done with the developed systen. The test results indicate that the developed system can entirely replace prior marual operation method, improve working efficiency, and reduce manual error. Further nore, operation interface of the developed system is friendly, the precision of test c ata is high, the running of the system is reliable, and the target of the project is reached.
