Risk Management Research Of A Company's Smart TV Host Computer R&D Project

"Smart device" is a very popular technology concept after the smart phone appeared around 2009.Through the combination of software and hardware,Smart device technology helps traditional equipment to have more power of computing and possession,and to have the ability to connect to the Internet or the Internet of Things.Smart Device involves hardware and software,and usually carries a complex intelligent operating system.Smart device products are also involved in the market demand environment,supply chain,industry policies and many other factors,all these factors make the research and development process of Smart device products far more complicated than traditional hardware devices.In addition,due to the rapid development of hardware and software technology,with the ever-changing technology,in order to keep up with technological progress,the period of designing,developing,manufacturing and producing a smart device product has also become shorter and shorter.And with the complex development process and faster and faster iteration cycle,the R & D process of Smart device products is accompanied by increasing uncertainty and various risk factors,these uncertainties and various risk factors tend to continue to increase the risk of failure of Smart device products.Therefore,it is particularly important to control and manage the risk caused by various factors during the R & D process.This paper takes a smart TV host product of Company A as a case,combines with the modern risk management theory,deeply discusses the risk management problem in the product development process.First introduced the background of the project and the development process,then studied and identified various risks in the project,identified a total of 16 risks,and then constructed a corresponding risk assessment model,using Expert scoring and AHP(Analytic hierarchy process)to evaluate and sort these risks.By comparing the results of the risk management forecast in this paper with the risks encountered in the subsequent actual R&D of the product,it is found that most of the actual risk accidents in the past have been effectively prevented or avoided,indicating that the risk management method adopted in this paper has certain effectiveness.And the risk managementmethod of this paper can also be used as a reference method for subsequent risk management of similar projects.In summary,during the research and development of Smart device products,applying the risk management method adopted in this paper will help to predict and prevent most of the conventional risks in the R&D process,and can effectively guarantee the smooth progress of the project to some extent,and increase the probability of success of the project.
