Research On Rural Residential Design In Northern Xiangbei Based On Core Power Unit

At present,the country vigorously promotes the new rural construction and housing industrialization.In the future,the development of rural housing construction towards standardization and industrialization is the general trend.At present,the prefabricated rural housing has not formed an industrialization system,the architectural image is single,and the adaptability is insufficient.This paper puts forward the research on how to better apply the prefabricated building to the rural housing.The core power unit belongs to the prefabricated building.Taking the application of the core power unit in rural housing in Northern Hunan as the research object,this paper discusses the design method of the application of the core power unit in rural housing in Northern Hunan,in order to promote the development of rural housing industrialization.Firstly,through the research on the characteristics of rural housing in Northern Hunan,it aims to provide a basis for the later design.Through field investigation and data collection,the local family population structure and production and life style types are obtained;Based on the analysis of the plane and elevation of rural housing in Northern Hunan,the basic plane mode and elevation mode of rural housing construction in Northern Hunan are put forward;And put forward development ideas for local rural housing construction.Secondly,it analyzes the core power unit from the conceptual level,introduces the composition of the core power unit system,analyzes the application advantages and feasibility of the core power unit in rural housing in Northern Hunan from the theoretical level,and expounds the motivation of applying the core power unit to rural housing in Northern Hunan.According to the above analysis,the design principle of the core power unit applied to rural housing in Northern Hunan is obtained.Based on the basic plane mode of rural housing in Northern Hunan,a minimum plane suitable for rural housing in Northern Hunan is designed by using the combination of core power units.According to the needs of different family population structure and production and life style in rural areas of Northern Hunan,the corresponding adaptive rural housing scheme is designed by using the expansion of the minimum plane,and the modular division of the scheme is carried out.Finally,this paper studies the key technical issues of the adaptive scheme,and is committed to summarizing a set of standardized and industrialized assembly modules and connection nodes of the adaptive scheme,so as to lay a foundation for the industrialization development of the adaptive scheme.The innovation of this paper is to explore how the core power unit is applied to rural housing in Northern Hunan,and put forward the "minimum plane" designed by the combination of core power units to adapt to the local,so as to provide theoretical and methodological ideas for the more reasonable application of prefabricated buildings in rural housing in the future;The other is to summarize the standardized assembly modules and connection nodes of a set of adaptive schemes.The first chapter analyzes the prospect of the future development of prefabricated rural housing in China from the research background,and puts forward the purpose and significance of studying the application of core power unit in rural housing in Northern Hunan by summarizing the application status of prefabricated buildings in rural housing at home and abroad.
