With the progress of automatic control technology and the wide application of sensors,conventional substations are being replaced by the new generation of intelligent substations.The integration of intelligent auxiliary control system is an important sign that substation automation has entered a new stage of intelligent development.With the state grid vigorously promote the construction of "three types of two networks".The construction of smart substations and large power grids has spread rapidly across the country.The intelligent construction and transformation of substation has a wide application in company.Intelligent and integrated safety production auxiliary management system has become an important link of intelligent management of substation.Its related research,development and construction work will certainly promote and accelerate the process of intelligent transformation of substations and advanced operation and maintenance management methods.Under the background of power Internet of things,the research and application of intelligent and integrated safety production auxiliary management system of substation have more practical significance.Based on the design and application of the new 220 kv intelligent substation safety production auxiliary management system in northeast China,the main work is as follows:Firstly,the function,function and classification of substation auxiliary management system are summarized.The development direction of the auxiliary system at different stages and the present situation of the intelligent auxiliary system at home and abroad are analyzed.The application background of intelligent substation auxiliary system under the new situation is analyzed in detail.The intelligent and integrated management control mode is determined and analyzed in depth.220 kv substation from manned to unmanned,compared with 66 kv substation,the grid equipment reliability,intelligent level and data transmission accuracy requirements are higher,more research value.Secondly,the design requirements and technical standards of the system are specifically analyzed to ensure that the system is more reliable,economical,technically stable and easy to expand.The design principles of the new generation of intelligent station auxiliary management system should meet the construction requirements of ubiquitous Internet of things and three types of two networks,and have the characteristics of informatization,intelligence and interaction.The information control unit and communication interface unit of auxiliary equipment should follow the national standard and make full use of new Internet of things technologies such as WSN technology.Realize intelligent identification,positioning,monitoring and management of equipment,and meet the performance requirements of state grid.Complete further integration of data information,make data information sharing,more reliable operation information of equipment,more economical use of equipment.Finally,relying on the 220 kv Zishan intelligent substation in Xingan district,the construction characteristics of the new unmanned intelligent substation are combined.The new intelligent design concept and innovative technical scheme are integrated into the substation design system to further promote the overall improvement of the three-type and two-network system,and the application design is carried out on the main station,application platform,station terminal system kinetic energy and typical measurement and control equipment configuration of the intelligent auxiliary system.The formation of information sharing between the systems,linkage control,intelligent,automatic,integrated auxiliary control system.Integration and intelligent substation safety production auxiliary management system into the construction of the substation is a highly integrated concept of the state grid corporation of China's new grid standardization construction,effective use,organic combination of many construction achievements,in order to further improve the level of intelligent grid construction standardization application.
